Fly south (via Bangkok or direct to Phuket/Krabi). Pick one base: Krabi/Railay for dramatic limestone cliffs and rock climbing, Koh Samui for resorts and easy beaches, or Koh Lanta for a quieter vibe. Two nights is enough for a beach day, a boat trip, and a sunset.
Day 7 - Return
Fly back to Bangkok for your international connection. Build in a generous buffer - domestic delays are common and you don't want them eating your flight home.
